Annuleringsvoorwaarden en boekingsoverboeking<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t

In het geval van annulering van de charter door de Charteraar, om welke reden dan ook, zijn de volgende annuleringsvoorwaarden van toepassing, afhankelijk van het tijdsinterval tussen de boekingsbevestiging en de annuleringsdatum:<\/p>

  1. Voor boekingen die tot 90 dagen voor inscheping worden geannuleerd, geldt een \"Dossierkostenbeleid\" (minimaal 150 euro).<\/li>
  2. Annuleringskosten van 30% van de totale charterkosten, voor boekingen die worden geannuleerd binnen een periode van boeking tot 60 dagen voor inscheping aan boord.<\/li>
  3. Annuleringskosten van 50% van de totale charterkosten, voor boekingen die binnen een periode van 60-50 dagen voor inscheping worden geannuleerd.<\/li>
  4. Annuleringskosten van 80% van de totale charterkosten, voor boekingen die binnen een periode van 50-30 dagen voor inscheping worden geannuleerd.<\/li>
  5. Annuleringskosten van 100% van de totale charterkosten, voor boekingen die binnen een periode van 30 dagen voor inscheping worden geannuleerd.<\/li><\/ol>

    In het geval dat het geannuleerde jacht opnieuw verhuurd wordt aan een andere verhuurder voor dezelfde periode en onder dezelfde voorwaarden, worden alleen de dossierkosten in rekening gebracht.<\/p>
