K\u00e1lamos (greac\u0103: \u039a\u03ac\u03bb\u03b1\u03bc\u03bf\u03c2, cunoscut\u0103 \u00een antichitate ca \u039a\u03b1\u03c1\u03bd\u03bf\u03c2 - Karnos), este o insul\u0103 muntoas\u0103 \u0219i o fost\u0103 comunitate \u00een Insulele Ionice, Grecia. De la reforma administra\u021biei locale din 2011 face parte din municipalitatea Lefkada, din care este o unitate municipal\u0103. Insula se afl\u0103 la est de Lefkada, \u00een apropierea continentului elen. Principala a\u0219ezare de pe insul\u0103 este ora\u0219ul port K\u00e1lamos (454 de locuitori), pe coasta de est a insulei. De aici, un serviciu regulat de feribot leag\u0103 insula de Mytikas, pe continent. Episkopi (pop. 42) este singurul alt sat locuit de pe insul\u0103.
