Is type II Collagen better for arthritis than type I and III collagen?
Many people benefit from type I and III collagen if they have arthritis but if you don't find an improvement on type I and III after 3 months of consistent use at the correct dosage then consider adding type II collagen into your regime.

Is type II collagen sufficient on its own?
